Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer standard shipping within the Netherlands and Europe. Estimated delivery times:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment.
5. Risk & Title
In accordance with EU consumer law, risk and ownership of goods remain with L’est Bleu until the order is received by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Verzendbeleid – L’est Bleu (Nederlands)
Verzending & Levering
Wij doen ons best om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te leveren. Lees hieronder hoe je bestelling wordt verwerkt en bezorgd.
1. Verwerkingstijd
Bestellingen worden meestal binnen 1–3 werkdagen verwerkt nadat de betaling is bevestigd. Bestellingen geplaatst in het weekend of op feestdagen worden de volgende werkdag verwerkt.
2. Verzendmethoden & Levertijden

3. Verzendkosten
Verzendkosten worden berekend bij het afrekenen en zijn afhankelijk van bestemming, gewicht en verzendmethode. Eventuele douanerechten, belastingen of invoerkosten voor internationale bestellingen zijn de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant.
4. Ordertracking
Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een trackingnummer via e-mail om je bestelling te volgen.
5. Risico & Eigendom
Volgens de EU-consumentenwetgeving blijven risico en eigendom van de goederen bij L’est Bleu totdat de bestelling door de klant is ontvangen.
6. Verloren of Beschadigde Pakketten
Neem contact op via lestbleu@outlook.com als je bestelling verloren of beschadigd is. Wij werken samen met de vervoerder om het probleem op te lossen.
