Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, unless required by applicable European Union consumer law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
L’est Bleu will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at lestbleu@outlook.com.

Wij hanteren een retourbeleid van 30 dagen, wat betekent dat je tot 30 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling een retour kunt aanvragen.
Retourneren
Om in aanmerking te komen voor een retour, moet het artikel zich in dezelfde staat bevinden als waarin je het hebt ontvangen: ongedragen of ongebruikt, met aangehechte labels en in de originele verpakking. Je dient ook een aankoopbewijs of orderbevestiging te kunnen overleggen.

Retourzendingen dienen te worden verzonden naar het volgende adres:

Retourzendingen die zonder voorafgaande aanvraag worden teruggestuurd, worden niet geaccepteerd.
De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het artikel defect, beschadigd of verkeerd geleverd is.
Beschadigingen en problemen
Controleer je bestelling direct na ontvangst en neem onmiddellijk contact met ons op als het artikel defect, beschadigd of verkeerd geleverd is. Wij zullen het probleem zo snel mogelijk beoordelen en oplossen.
Uitzonderingen / niet-retourneerbare artikelen
De volgende artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd:

Cadeaubonnen
Daarnaast accepteren wij geen retourzendingen van gevaarlijke stoffen, brandbare vloeistoffen of gassen.
Neem gerust contact met ons op als je vragen hebt over een specifiek product.
Afgeprijsde artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd, tenzij dit wettelijk verplicht is volgens het Europees consumentenrecht.
Ruilen
De snelste manier om het gewenste artikel te ontvangen, is door het huidige artikel te retourneren. Zodra je retour is goedgekeurd, kun je een nieuwe bestelling plaatsen voor het gewenste product.
Europese bedenktijd van 14 dagen
Indien je bestelling binnen de Europese Unie wordt verzonden, heb je het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te annuleren of te retourneren, zonder opgave van reden.
Het artikel moet zich in dezelfde staat bevinden als waarin je het hebt ontvangen: ongedragen of ongebruikt, met labels en in de originele verpakking. Een aankoopbewijs is vereist.
Terugbetalingen
L’est Bleu zal je informeren zodra wij je retourzending hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd. Je ontvangt bericht of de terugbetaling is goedgekeurd of afgewezen.
Indien goedgekeurd, wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 10 werkdagen teruggestort via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Houd er rekening mee dat het verwerken door je bank of creditcardmaatschappij extra tijd kan kosten.
Als er meer dan 15 werkdagen zijn verstreken sinds de goedkeuring van je retour en je nog geen terugbetaling hebt ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op via lestbleu@outlook.com.
